Playing with Paper

I do enjoy Playing with Paper! I found this “new to me” card challenge site on Pinterest called The Paper Players and I decided to give it a go! This weeks sketch was my first! I hope you like!

Let’s jump in! This card is a 4.25 x 5.5. The base of my card is the colorful Sorbet card stock from Close To My Heart. I layered background and texture paper from the Chalk it Up paper pack – also Close To My Heart – to create the card sketch and focal point. The big scallop was created with my Art Philosopy cricut cartridge. I have to say, that cartridge has never let me down. I have yet to use every one of the 700 images! But I’ll keep trying!!  The word image is from the Chalk it Up Complements. A little twill ribbon and a few gold sequins and I think this card is darling! I’ll be joining in The Paper Players again! I hope you’ll check in to what else they help me create!
